Local Purchase Order (e-Perolehan) Guidelines

Welcome to the dedicated registration pathway for delegates securing their tickets via a Local Purchase Order (LPO) through the e-Perolehan system. Please review the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth registration and verification process.

Registration & Confirmation Status

  • Initial Notification: Upon completion of your registration on the portal, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Please note that this initial email does not mean your registration is finalized.

  • Final Confirmation & Ticketing: Your registration will only be officially confirmed once your LPO is successfully processed by our team. Your official event ticket will then be issued to you via email.

Onsite Document Verification

  • LPO Endorsement Required: Delegates must present their physical, printed LPO document at the Secretariat’s Registration Counter during the congress.

  • Verification Process: The Secretariat will verify and endorse your document in person on the day of your registration. Please ensure you have your physical copy ready upon arrival to avoid any entry delays.
